The expert advises to buy only whole grain bread, as it contains the largest amount of vitamins and trace elements. You should also pay attention to the smell of bread and do not buy bread that has a specific smell. For example, too sour smell indicates a large amount of yeast. Yeast itself won't cause much harm, but it can cause heartburn.
The doctor advised to give up bread with various additives such as dried fruits. They do not bring any benefit, but only increase the calorie content of bread.
