I never get tired of this zucchini dish and my family just loves it! Tasty, tender and very appetizing! They are prepared quickly, easily and without problems. I share my favorite recipe with you.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 350 grams
- Sil for Relish
- Cheese - 100 grams
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder for dough - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Grate the zucchini on a large grater, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix. Transfer to a sieve to drain excess liquid.
Then we add cheese grated on a large grater to the zucchini, pour flour and pour eggs.
Add baking powder and mix well.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Spread the zucchini dough in the form of cakes. We send it to an oven heated to two hundred degrees for about twenty minutes.
