If you do not properly care for your own frying pan, then very soon you may face a problem - dishes will start to stick to it. But one simple remedy will help to cope with the trouble. You can prepare it yourself, and what is important - cleaning the kitchen utensils will be simple and will not require a lot of effort and time from you. The three available ingredients for this recipe are in every home.
How to fry so that food does not stick
To begin with, you need to thoroughly clean the pan of fat and food residues, and then sprinkle the surface of the dishes with baking soda - you will need 3 tablespoons. Spread the powder evenly over the entire surface, and then proceed to the next step. Pour half a glass of table vinegar on the surface of the pan and wait for the chemical reaction.
When the acid starts to react with soda, you need to pour half a glass of alcohol into the pan and put the pan on fire. Bring the resulting solution to a boil and leave it on the fire for another 3-5 minutes. Pour the rest of the dirty solution down the drain, rinse the pan and use it for its intended purpose. After this procedure, food will no longer stick to the pan.
It is important to remember that such a life hack cannot be used for pans with a non-stick coating. If you bring the mixture to a boil in such a dish, then most likely you will just spoil your own dishes. That is why experts advise in case of contamination of this type of dishes to use special means for their cleaning - they are most often sold in household stores.
