I make pies on yeast with cabbage in a pan. If you are looking for a quick recipe for delicious pies in a pan with a minimum number of ingredients, then you will definitely like this recipe. I found it in an old magazine, tried it and was very satisfied.
Ingredients:
Sourdough:
- 3 century. l. flour
- 3 Art. l. oil
- 200 ml. of steep boiling water
Yeast dough:
- 30 g of fresh yeast (or 10-11 g of dry)
- 3 century. l. sugar
- 550 g of sifted flour
- 200 ml of warm water
- 1 hours. L. salt
Toppings:
- 1 kg of stewed cabbage or mashed potatoes
Preparation:
For the custard dough, add flour, oil and boiling water to a bowl, mix everything well. I put it aside.
I'm making steam. I add sugar to the yeast and mix until smooth.
From the total amount, I add 3 tbsp. l. flour, stir and add warm water. I cover with a film for 10-15 minutes.
Now I mix the broth with the custard dough, add salt. Then I sift the flour and already knead the dough.
I cover the dough in a bowl with cling film and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
I roll the dough in flour, divide it into pieces and make cakes.
I put the filling and pinch the dough, form patties.
I heat the oil and fry the patties on both sides until golden. I put it on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
