Ingredients:
- cream (33%) - 500 ml
- boiled condensed milk - 1/2 can
- waffle cakes - 2 pcs.
Preparation:
You only need 2 ingredients to make Creme Brulee ice cream. So, we beat half a liter of cream with a fat content of 33% with a mixer, first at low speeds, then gradually increase the speed and beat until soft peaks are obtained.
After that, add half a can of boiled condensed milk to the half-whipped cream and whip the cream to firm peaks.
The sweetness of the ice cream is regulated by the amount of condensed milk, so you can add a little more or a little less, based on your taste.
I make the ice cream in the form of a cake, which I then cut into pieces. So I need 2 waffle cakes. They are sold in any store. I put the wafer on a plate or stand, install the ring, lay the film. I do this so that the side of the ice cream comes out smooth.
Pour the creamy-caramel mass onto the cake and spread it evenly.
We put the second cake on top, press it a little so that it sticks and put everything in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Then take the ice cream out of the mold and cut it into portions. The ice cream is very tasty!
