I make sweet tomatoes without sterilization for the winter! You'll lick your fingers: a complete and detailed recipe. Pickled tomatoes for the winter in liter jars are one of the most popular snacks on the table.
Ingredients:
Marinade for 1 liter:
- Salt 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
- Vinegar 9% 4 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
At the place of the peduncle in the tomatoes, I make a puncture with a toothpick, put them in clean, sterilized jars.
I pour boiling water, cover with sterilized lids, leave for 15 minutes.
I drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. At the end, I add vinegar and mix.
I pour the marinade into the jars, tightly close the lids.
