How to bake aromatic meat with pumpkin

Baked meat with pumpkin is an interesting combination of flavors that is perfect for the autumn season. Pumpkin adds tenderness and a sweet aroma to the meat, and properly selected spices make the dish especially tasty. You will need the following ingredients for cooking:

  • 500 g of meat (pork, chicken or beef)
  • 300 g of pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme or rosemary

First, cut the meat into medium pieces, salt and pepper it. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Mix olive oil with chopped garlic and thyme. Cover the meat and pumpkin with this mixture and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
