- 350 g of flour;
- 12th century l. brine;
- 12 Art. l. vegetable oil;
- 8 Art. l. sugar;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;
- a bag of vanillin;
- yolk
- 1 tsp. cocoa for greasing.
To begin with, it is necessary to combine the brine, oil, sugar and vanillin. Add flour and baking powder to the resulting mixture and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough to a width of 1 centimeter and grease the top with a mixture of cocoa and yolk - this way the future cookies will be surprisingly ruddy.
Cut cookies of any shape from the dough layer and place them on a sheet lined with baking paper.
You can decorate cookies with patterns made with a fork.
You need to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
