If you like fish cutlets, then you know that the tastiest dish comes from pollock. This fish has a nice flavor and the right texture.
What products need to be prepared
- 3 medium-sized pollock carcasses;
- 1 piece of onion, potato and egg each;
- breadcrumbs - as much as needed;
- dried herbs and spices;
- salt and oil.
How to cook
First, you need to separate the fillet and pass it through a meat grinder. Treat it responsibly, because it is important for us to process even the smallest bones.
Onions and potatoes are finely chopped and put in a blender. Then we introduce the components into the minced fish.
Then we add a chicken egg, herbs, spices and salt.
Then pour some breadcrumbs and a spoonful of sour cream. We mix again and shape the cutlets. Thanks to this, the cutlets will be juicier.
Heat a pan with oil, bread the cutlets in breadcrumbs and start frying.
As a rule, medium-sized patties require 4 minutes per side.
