How the Ukrainian Avenger air defense system destroyed "Shakhed" on the approach to Kyiv (VIDEO)

The Ukrainian AN/TWQ-1 Avenger intercepted the Russian-Iranian Shahed at a distance of 1,5 kilometers. The video of the destruction of the drone near Kyiv was released on November 10.

The American air defense system on the HMMWV chassis is equipped with a system in stock

• two launchers with four FIM-92 Stinger missiles each;
• 12,7-mm large-caliber Browning M2 machine gun;
• optical sight with a laser rangefinder and IR guidance.
