You need to prepare the brine. For this you will need a glass of water (boiled and cooled). Add 1 tbsp. sugar and salt. This is enough for a small fish. If necessary, make a larger amount of brine.
Put the prepared fish without skin and bones in a container and pour the brine there. After 2 hours, it should be drained, and the fish should be sprinkled with coriander and poured with a little oil.
At the end, cut 1-2 onions into half rings and put them on the fillet. The fish will stay for several hours in this combination of flavors and aromas and will become incredibly delicious.
