Wash the chicken eggs (4 pieces) in warm water and carefully wipe the shell. Then dry the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
Put the whites in a container so that it is convenient for you to beat them. Properly whipped whites should resemble foam, similar to an air souffle.
Then start the next step. You will need to take 100 g of ham and 60 g of any hard cheese.
You need to grate the cheese, and finely chop the ham. Combine these two ingredients with whipped proteins.
Now prepare a baking sheet, which should be greased with oil and lined with baking paper. Begin to spread the protein filling on the sheet in small portions, leaving small indentations for the yolks.
