Ingredients:
300 g pasta
400 g of sour milk cheese
150 g of sugar
4 eggs
150 ml of cream or sour cream 20%
1 packet vanilla sugar
100 r rods
oil for lubricating the mold
Boil the pasta (it is better to take the horns), rinse with cold water and discard in a colander.
Beat cheese, eggs, sour cream (cream), sugar and vanilla with a blender until smooth, add steamed raisins and pasta.
Mix everything thoroughly and put it in a form previously greased with oil.
Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. When you see a golden crust, your casserole is ready. Wait for the casserole to cool in the tin. Cut and serve with sour cream or jam. Bon appetit!
