450 g chicken
1 bulb
1-2 eggs
1 hours. L. salt
black pepper
dried garlic
2-3 century l. flour
Preparation
Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, transfer to a bowl and finely chop the chicken fillet. Also finely chop the onion and add the eggs. Salt and pepper. Add dry garlic and flour.
Mix everything well and place on a pan heated with oil and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Place on a plate and serve. Enjoy with yogurt or sour cream. Bon appetit!
