Ingredients
The following components are required:
- carp - 1 pc.;
- onion - 500 g;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- spicy adjika - 2 tablespoons;
- white wine - 60 ml;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoon;
- lemon juice.
How to cook
Carp should be cleaned. Next, you need to cut the fillet together with the ribs. Cut into portions. The width is approximately 4-5 cm.
Cut the onion and mash it a little with salt to release the juice. Put the rest of the ingredients and the fish. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Next, put the fish on skewers along the ribs. It takes about 7-8 minutes to cook on coals. If desired, sprinkle the finished fish with lemon juice. Bon appetit!
