For cooking, you need the following products:
- sour milk cheese 9% — 450 g;
- cream 33% — 100 ml;
- salt - 0,5 teaspoon;
- soda - 0,5 tsp;
- sugar - 0,5 teaspoon;
- dill.
How to cook
Pour sour milk cheese into a bowl. Add salt, soda, sugar to it. Stir and pour in the cream. Blend with a hand blender.
Put the mass in a water bath to warm it up. Stir it constantly. Add dill. in 10-15 minutes, the mass will become sticky, because the sour milk cheese will melt.
