In order to prepare an original liver, take a healthy seasonal vegetable - pumpkin. The combination will appeal to those who like gastronomic experiments.

- To prepare delicious liver, take:
- 250 g of chicken liver
- 200 g of pumpkin
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- To taste: spices (eg paprika, garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons of honey (as a sauce)
1. Start by preparing the liver. Remove excess films and bile ducts from the liver. Cut the liver into small pieces like a matchbox.
2. In a deep bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, sugar and spices to taste.
3. In another bowl, break eggs and add sour cream. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Roll pieces of liver in a mixture of eggs and sour cream, and then sprinkle them with a dry mixture of flour and breadcrumbs.
5. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Add fried pieces of liver and fry until golden on both sides. Transfer the finished liver to a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Then cut the pumpkin into small cubes and cook in boiling salted water until soft, it is better to check with a fork (about 10-15 minutes). After that, strain the pumpkin and use a blender to puree it.
7. Serve fried liver with pumpkin puree, drizzled with honey as a sauce.
