Hello friends, today I am preparing a very tasty, juicy, tender pastry! This dough is definitely my favorite. Pies with it are especially tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Vanillin - 2 pinches
  • Oil - 100 ml
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Baking powder - 12 g
  • Wheat flour of the highest grade - 200 g
  • Canned peaches - 240 g (2-3 pieces)

For streusel:

  • Wheat flour of the highest grade - 5 tbsp.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Sugar - 50 g

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar for 2 minutes with a mixer at high speed. I add vanilla, milk and oil. Beat again with a mixer for 1 minute

I pour the baking powder and flour on a sieve. I sift and mix the dough at low revolutions of the mixer.

I have a baking dish with a diameter of 28 centimeters, I added 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and distributed it. I sprinkled the form with flour - 1 teaspoon and distributed it in the form.

You can cover the form with parchment, and then you don't need to grease it with anything. I pour all the dough into the mold.

You can take any fruits or berries. I have canned peaches, cut them into strips. I spread the peaches on the surface of the dough. Here's how:

Preparing streusel: I mix butter, flour and sugar in a bowl, quickly rub it into crumbs with my hand.

I put the crumbs on top of the cake.
