The law enforcement officers made public the moment of the air bomb strike in Kharkiv's Osnovyansk district
The video was released by Serhiy Bolvinov, the head of the Investigative Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Police, reports Chroniclers.
"A hum, a whistle and a terrible blow - these were the sounds Kharkiv residents heard at night. A surveillance camera recorded the impact of a half-ton aerial bomb on an ordinary street. Nearby - only residential buildings, no military or equipment," wrote Bolvinov.
The law enforcement officer added that the video shows the Osnovyansky district, where four civilians were killed by the Russian attack, people were sleeping in their own homes and died instantly.
