In Indonesia, the eruption of the volcano Levotobi Laki-Laki on the island of Flores occurred, as a result of which at least nine people died.
This was reported by the National Disaster Management Agency, the Associated Press reports.
The head of the St. Gabriel Foundation, Agusta Palma, said that one nun died during the eruption, and the other still cannot be found.
The danger level has been raised, the risk zone around the volcano has been expanded to seven kilometers.
Volcanic material was thrown up to six kilometers from the crater.A total of about 10 people were affected in six villages in Wulanggitang District, including Pululera, Navokote, Hokeng Jaya, Klathanlo, Boru and Boru Kedang.
