Last week, the acceptance of orders for the production of models of individual license plates resumed. This was reported in the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and added that since the beginning of 2024, models have been developed and the production of 11 sets of models has been ensured. 244 of them were ordered through the Driver's Office.
Experts remind that an individual license plate is an addendum to the vehicle's state registration number plate by individual order of the owner. The inscription is unique and cannot be repeated.
A license plate for passenger cars can contain from three to eight characters - from three to eight letters or from three to seven letters and numbers. And the inscription for motorcycles - from three to six characters - from two to five letters and numbers. An individual license plate must contain at least two letters.
The cost of the service:
– number plate for passenger cars – UAH 340,02;
– number plate for motorcycles – UAH 154,80;
– three symbols (minimum order) – UAH 300;
– each subsequent one (up to eight characters) – UAH 90;
– graphic element – 500 UAH.
You can order an individual license plate at any convenient territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, or online - at the Driver's Office. Collection is carried out in two ways: independently or with delivery to the "Novaya Poshta" branch. It is possible to pick up an individual license plate on your own at the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv. And logistics services for delivery to Novaya Poshta branches are provided by SP "INFOTECH" for an additional fee.
Production of individual license plates takes up to 40 days.
