When I first prepared the "Bukovynsky" salad, my husband noticed that it had similarities with "Olivier" and I agreed with him, but at the same time the dish is original and completely independent and has its own highlight.
Ingredients:
- Smoked sausage - 200 g;
- Boiled potatoes - 3 small (about 200 g);
- Boiled carrots - 2 pcs. small (150 g);
- Peas - 150 g.;
- Green onion - a small bunch;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc. (150 g in purified form);
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
Preparation:
Products should be cut into small cubes:
potatoes
Carrot
Smoked sausage.
Paprika.
The color of the bell pepper does not matter in principle, but the brighter it is, the tastier the dish looks on the table.
I recommend using green onion feathers for this salad, but in fact you can replace them with cilantro or a bunch of dill, parsley, or even do without greens in extreme cases. You need to cut them smaller.
Put all the products in a salad bowl and add canned peas.
Season the dish with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, relying on personal taste.
It is not necessary to insist the salad in the refrigerator. You can immediately serve it to the table and enjoy its original taste. I think anyone who tries it will be satisfied!
