At the world's largest tuning show SEMA, which is held in Los Angeles, the Tesla Model S Plaid electric police car, made by Ukrainian craftsmen, was presented.
The TSK company, which was founded in Ukraine and now has its own division in the USA, tuned the Tesla Model S electric car. For modification, the Los Angeles Police Department gave them a damaged car with an interesting fate. Previously, it was stolen and partially disassembled for spare parts just in the yard of an apartment building.
A half-disassembled Tesla electric car ended up at a local police station, where they decided to turn it into a powerful patrol car.
In the Tesla Model S Plaid, a reinforced front bumper with a battering ram, flashing beacons and 21-inch wheels were installed. The salon was also completely remodeled, now it has a "cage" for transporting detainees, writes AmperCar.
The Tesla Model S Plaid electric police car has remained with a three-motor power plant that develops more than 1000 horsepower. It can accelerate to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds and its top speed is over 300 km/h.
