The incident happened in the kitchen of a couple who live in the Kishla Ilkadim district of the city of Samsun. 52-year-old Adem and his 49-year-old wife Hatice, a mother of four children, quarreled.

During the quarrel, the wife grabbed the lid of the pan and slapped her husband with it. The blow came in the face, because of which the pious Khatija lost a tooth.

The victim will go to court. He stated that the wife threw herself with the lid, and she, in particular, that the husband pushed her and she was injured.

After the incident with the tooth, the couple broke up, and each of them wrote a statement against the other.

The court considered the case and recognized the lid from the saucepan, which the woman threw at the man, as a "weapon".

At the last hearing in the case, Khatija was fined 2. 800 lira (3375 hryvnias), and Adema - for 3 thousand. 200 lira (3857 UAH).
