Earlier, Moskalkova reported that more than 1000 residents of the Kursk region were displaced in an unknown direction.

The Russian Federation is conducting negotiations regarding the return of 13 residents of Kursk Oblast who are in Sumy Oblast of Ukraine. This was stated by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tetyana Moskalkova, rossMI reports.
