In Moldova, polling stations opened at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 21:00 p.m. Citizens can check online where they are registered.
Moldovan citizens living abroad can also vote - 37 polling stations have been opened in 234 countries around the world.
Moldovans will choose between the current president, the pro-European candidate from the Action and Solidarity (PAS) party, Maya Sandu, and the former prosecutor general, the candidate from the Socialist Party, Oleksandr Stoianoglo.
In the first round of elections, which took place on October 20, Sandu won 42,45% of the votes, and Stojanoglo - 25,98%.
