In Moldova, the Socialist Party decided not to recognize the election results

In Moldova, the Socialist Party, from which Stojanoglo was nominated, called Sanda an "illegitimate president" and claims of falsifications.

"Maya Sandu is an illegitimate president. It is recognized only by its sponsors and curators from abroad. The people of Moldova feel cheated and robbed," the Socialist Party said in a statement.

Socialists call Sandu the "president of the diaspora" and declare that voting at foreign polling stations is not recognized.
