I make very tasty and crispy cucumbers for the winter! A simple and favorite recipe!
Ingredients:
For 1 liter of marinade:
- 2 Art. l. salt
- 3 century. l. sugar
- 80 ml. 9% vinegar
Greenery:
- horseradish leaves
- currant leaves
- dill umbrellas
- cherry leaves
- cloves of garlic
- black and allspice peas
Preparation:
I wash the cucumbers well, soak them for 2 hours in cold water, then cut off the tails. At the bottom of the jars I put greens, peppercorns and cloves of garlic cut into pieces, 2 cloves in each jar.
I put cucumbers in jars and pour boiling water, cover with sterilized lids, leave for 15 minutes.
Now I pour the water from the cans into a pan, boil it and again pour it into the cans, cover with lids for 5-7 minutes.
Again, I pour the water from the cans into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, and boil. When the water boils, I add vinegar, mix and pour into jars. I tightly close the jars with lids, turn them upside down, cover them with towels and leave them to cool.
Bon appetit!
