How to cook
Separate the whites from the yolks. Eggs should be cold. Next, we work with the separated parts separately.
Yolks should be mixed with sugar. It should dissolve completely. Then pour the cream. Bring the mixture to a boil, but stir constantly.
Proteins should be whipped into a stiff foam. Add the hot cream and egg mixture. Stir quickly so that the mass does not curdle. From this moment, you need to cook for another three minutes. Remove from the stove.
