Today I propose to prepare a very tasty salad with chicken breast and mushrooms! I add a delicious sauce, my husband eats it in a matter of minutes!
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 300-400 g of chicken fillet
- 100 g of white bread
- 400 g of Beijing cabbage
- spices for croutons (paprika, red pepper)
- 3 Art. l. oil
- ground black pepper, salt
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 50 g hard sir
Sauce:
- Xnumx mayonnaise
- 1 hours. L. Oregano
- 0,5 tsp. curry
- 1 tooth. garlic or 0,5 tsp. dry garlic
Preparation:
I cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry them in a dry pan until the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. At the end, I add a little oil, salt and pepper, nutmeg.
Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in a dry pan until golden. I add oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
I cut off the crust from the bread, cut it into cubes, add paprika, red pepper, salt, fry in oil until golden.
Sauce:
I mix mayonnaise, oregano, curry, grate garlic. Mix until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a pastry bag.
On a flat plate, I shred the Chinese cabbage, pour the sauce over it, put the mushrooms on top, and pour the sauce over it as well. Then I put chicken breast, sauce, cabbage, sauce.
Grate the cheese and decorate with breadcrumbs, delicious!
