Zucchini is a versatile vegetable: you can make countless delicious dishes from them.
They go well with other vegetables, but if you cook them with meat, the dish turns out to be incredibly filling.
Ingredients:
- minced meat (pork, beef) - 500 grams;
– 3 young zucchini;
– 2-3 tomatoes;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
– a small bulb;
- grated hard cheese to taste;
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
- salt and spices to taste;
- Art. a spoonful of olive oil;
- salt and spices.
How to cook:
Grind the onion and garlic, it is preferable to pass them through a meat grinder and send them to the minced meat. Pork is very good for this recipe.
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash and dry the zucchini, cut it into small circles (no thicker than two centimeters).
Press each circle to put the required amount of minced meat.
Pour a small amount of olive oil on the baking sheet and lay out the zucchini.
Put a little sour cream, a thin slice of tomato and grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for half an hour.
It should be served with fresh greens and other vegetables.
