Pictures of the new crossover were published by the CarSpyMedia portal. Judging by them, Kodiaq RS 2 will differ from the standard version with a more aggressive bumper design and exclusive wheels. As a power plant, there is a 261-horsepower Volkswagen Golf GTI engine, which works in tandem with a 7-speed "automatic" and all-wheel drive, accelerating the crossover to 100 km/h in 6,3 seconds with a maximum speed of 232 km/h. Versions for 5 or 7 seats will be offered for sale.
The rich engine range of the model draws special attention to itself. It includes gasoline (1,5 l, 148 hp; 2,0 l, 201 hp), diesel (2,0 l, 148 and 190 hp) and hybrid (201 hp) .) power plants.
