Pickled mushrooms have always been a delicious snack that was popular on any holiday table. And porcini mushrooms stand out, because they are strong mushrooms, able to keep their shape and look good on a plate.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for cooking:

  • garlic - 6 cloves;
  • water - 0,5 l;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 tablespoons;
  • black peppercorns - 10 pcs.;
  • cloves - 2 pcs.;
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
  • oil - 50 ml;
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp. (6%).

How to cook

In a saucepan, mix spices, salt and sugar, oil. Finely chop the garlic and put it in a pan with the cleaned mushrooms. As soon as the liquid boils, boil for 5 minutes. Then pour vinegar and bring to a boil again.

Remove the pan from the heat. Transfer the mushrooms to a jar and pour the marinade. As soon as everything cools down, you can serve it.
