A quick end to the war, which Donald Trump promised, will necessarily mean certain losses for Ukraine. However, substantive peace initiatives of the next US president with Kyiv have not yet been discussed. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this at a press conference in Budapest.
The head of state noted that he had several good conversations with Trump recently, including a good meeting in New York in September.
"But they should be more objective and both parties should prepare for this, in any case. At least to two parties," Zelenskyi said.

"I want to - it doesn't mean that it will work out that way. And I'm here without objections. I'm just saying that we are where we are and we are at war with the Russians. And this is a fact. This is the most difficult enemy of this century," Zelensky emphasized.
