No matter how beautiful the summer season is, some moments are simply unbearable: the heat, products deteriorate at a double speed. Especially milk. Traditionally, sour milk is put on pancakes or cheese. But cheese made from store-bought milk is a kind of product - exclusively dietary. Save the recipe for wonderful sour milk cookies.
For cooking you need:
- sour milk - 0,5 l;
- flour - 300 g;
- sugar - 150 g;
- margarine - 100 g;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- 2 eggs;
- vanilla, powdered sugar to taste.
How to cook
Mix margarine with flour until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Then mix eggs with sour milk and add sugar.
When ready, add the egg-milk mixture to the flour and margarine, season with vanilla, add baking powder and mix.
Knead the dough, roll it out into an even layer and, using molds or simply cutting it into squares, form cookies.
Cover the sheet with parchment, put the blanks on it and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees.
After 30 minutes, the cookies will be ready. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
