I am preparing a very tasty and hearty dinner for the whole family! I take ordinary products, and it turns out incredible deliciousness!
Ingredients:
- 2 bulbs
- 500 g of minced meat
- salt, pepper, paprika, dry garlic, oregano
- 2-3 st. l. tomato sauce
- 2-4 tomatoes
- greenery
- boiling water
- 250 g vermicelli
- 50 g of cheese
Sauce:
- 40 g butter
- 2 century. l. flour
- 500 ml of milk
- salt, a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion in oil until golden. I add minced meat, fry, stirring constantly. I add salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika, oregano and tomato sauce. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
I add diced tomatoes and chopped greens. I mix everything well and pour boiling water, simmer for a few minutes.
Sauce:
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, I melt butter, add flour, stirring constantly, fry on medium heat until smooth. Now I pour milk at room temperature, mix. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, at the end add salt and nutmeg.
Form 24 by 17 cm. I grease with butter and spread a little sauce. I spread vermicelli on top.
Then I lay out the minced meat and pour the sauce over it. Again vermicelli, minced meat and sauce. I sprinkle the top layer of the sauce with grated cheese. Cover with foil and put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Then I remove the foil and leave it in the oven for another 15 minutes, until the crust is golden. Bon appetit!
