I prepare Panettone quite simply and as a result I get an incredible product! Cook, you won't regret it! This is another very successful recipe.

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • dried fruits - 300 g
  • orange - 1 pcs.
  • rum - 50 ml.
  • juice of 1 orange

Sponge:

  • warm milk - 200 ml.
  • yeast - 25 g
  • flour - 110 g

The first kneading of the dough:

  • sugar - 40 g
  • flour - 140 g

The second kneading of the dough:

  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 120 g

Preparation:

I add dried fruits and mix.

I cover the dough with a film in a bowl and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. When the time has passed, I transfer it to a board, grease the dough and my hands with oil, and knead. I cover it again with a film and leave it to increase by 2-3 times.

I knead the dough a little again. I form into balls, hide the raisins inside, put them in the molds. I cover with a film and leave in a warm place to grow almost to the top of the form.

Glaze:
