Ingredients
The following products are needed for cooking:
- thin pita bread - 1 pc.;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- hard cheese - 40 g;
- tomatoes - 1 pcs.;
- dill - a couple of sprigs;
- salt pepper.
How to cook
Grate hard cheese. Cut the tomato into rings. Chop the greens.
Place pita bread on a heated pan so that the edges protrude beyond the sides. Sprinkle grated cheese in the center of pita bread. Beat the egg carefully so that the yolk remains intact. Place as many tomato slices on top as you need. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
