Today I'm making chicken breast chops, it's very tasty and simple! The meat is incredibly tender, it just melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 kg
- onion - 1 pcs.
- 3-4 cloves of garlic.
- salt and pepper to taste
Batter:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- salt and pepper to taste
Additionally:
- cheese - 250 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- mushrooms - 250-300 g (I have pickled)
- oil for frying
- flour for frying
Preparation:
I cut the chicken fillet and beat it under the film on both sides.
Grate onion and garlic, add salt and pepper. Dip all pieces of chicken fillet in the marinade, leave for 15-20 minutes.
For the batter, beat eggs with salt and pepper in one bowl. I also pour flour into another bowl. I heat the oil in a pan, dip the chicken chop first in flour, then in egg. Fry on both sides.
I put the fried chops on a form covered with parchment.
I put chopped mushrooms on top.
I cut the tomatoes into pieces and lay them out.
Grate the cheese. I put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
