Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate in his interview with journalist Tucker Carlson, said that it was he who destroyed the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline.

"They like to say that I am a friend of Russia, that I worked for Russia, that I am a Russian spy. These people are sick. Russia's biggest job it ever had was Nord Stream 2, the world's largest gas pipeline from Russia to Germany. I destroyed it, and nobody did it but me," Trump told Tucker Carlson.

We will remind that the Republican, when he was the president, introduced sanctions against the ships that build the gas pipeline, which slowed down its completion. Later, Joe Biden canceled these sanctions.

Trump also called his competitor Kamala Harris "dumb as a cork" in an interview.

"Kamala Harris is dumb as a cork, with a very low IQ," said politician Tucker Carlson.

If re-elected, the Republican hopes to nominate billionaire Elon Musk and former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to the White House.

He did not specify which positions, but said that they will be "influential".
