Donut fritters on fruit yogurt are a great alternative to the usual fritters we are used to making. Thanks to the addition of fruit yogurt to the dough, they acquire an interesting taste and aroma. This recipe is perfect for those who love baking for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Fruit yogurt - 500 ml
- Flour - about 450 g (+-)
- Eggs - 1 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. (or to taste)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp
Preparation:
So, first I poured yogurt into a bowl and beat an egg. Mix well with a whisk.
Advice! Use products at room temperature. I use drinking yogurt from 3% fat.

First mixed with a whisk, then with a spatula. The dough should be slightly thicker than for classic fritters.
At the end, she poured soda and mixed it with a spatula. I left it at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. During this time, soda reacts with yogurt and the dough will increase in volume.
Importantly! Do not stir the dough anymore, otherwise it will settle.
I heated a frying pan with a lot of oil. I spread the dough with a tablespoon dipped in water.
I fried it on both sides until brown on a fire higher than average.
I put the finished fritters on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Served with sour cream. A delicacy
