- Wheat flour is a very harmful product that has nothing to do with proper nutrition. Therefore, it is worth replacing it with other types, says the nutritionist.
The expert compiled a list of five types of flour that can benefit health and figure.
Corn flour. Contains a lot of fiber, magnesium, calcium and iron. It lowers blood sugar and also helps with digestion problems. Energy value: 331 kcal / 100 g.
Oat flour. It exists in the form of fine grinding and pulp. It contains a lot of vitamins of groups A, B, C, E. It promotes the production of serotonin, cleanses the body, normalizes fat metabolism and produces the hormone of happiness. Energy value: 369 kcal / 100 g.
