This is a simple, quick-to-prepare cake made from available ingredients that thrifty housewives will find in the house. Such pastries are suitable for cases when guests are already on the doorstep, when dinner is coming to an end, and there is nothing for tea. Ingredients:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pc.
- Kefir - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 20 g
- Coconut shavings - 70 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cream 33% - 250 ml
A glass of 200 ml
Preparation:
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar into a light foam for 7 minutes. Pour kefir at room temperature and mix. Add sifted flour and baking powder in two batches, mix.
Transfer to a 25x30 cm form lined with parchment and flatten.
Mix coconut shavings and sugar. Pour on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and while it is still hot, pierce the entire surface with a wooden skewer.
Pour heavy cream on top.
Allow the pie to cool completely, remove from the mold and cut.
