Very tasty summer fruit pie! The recipe comes from France! It is prepared simply and without hassle.
Ingredients:
- eggs 2 pieces.
- sugar 5 tbsp. l. (120 g)
- vanilla sugar 2 5 tbsp. l. (10 g)
- a pinch of salt
- butter 50 g
- 125 ml of milk
- 250 g flour
- baking powder 1 tsp. l. (5 g)
- 20-22 plums (600 g)
Sifting:
- flour 1 tbsp. l. (50 g)
- sugar 2 tbsp. l. (40 g)
- butter 1 tbsp. l. (40 g)
Preparation:
I mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. I add soft butter, milk, mix.
Add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
I put parchment in a 24-centimeter form, pour out the dough, and spread it on top of the plums.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. I sprinkle the cake with crumbs. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
