Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour 400-420 g.
  • A pinch of salt
  • Baking powder - 9 g.
  • Margarine - 180 g (chilled) or butter
  • Eggs - 1 pcs.

  • Vanilla sugar - 3-4 g.
  • Sour cream 25% - 2 tbsp.
  • Strawberry jam (you can use any)
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, baking powder, mix well with a whisk. Add margarine, you can cut it into cubes.

Roll in flour and grind into crumbs.

After 60 minutes, take the dough out of the refrigerator, on parchment dusted with flour, roll out the dough into a cake 1 cm thick, spread the jam (I have strawberry, you can use any: blueberry, orange, currant).

We shake a smaller part of the dough, if you wish, you can put a teaspoon of jam locally.
