Today I am baking an Italian pie with peaches, a very simple recipe that everyone will like without exception! I add a crumb that I sprinkle on the cake for an interesting taste!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- eggs 2 pieces.
- 100 g sugar
- vanilla sugar 10 g
- pinch of salt
- oil 100 ml
- yogurt 100 g (you can use sour cream, kefir)
- 250 g flour
- baking powder 12 g
Toppings:
- any fruits, berries are possible (I have canned peaches)
Streusel crumb:
- butter 40 g
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g flour
Preparation:
Dough:
I mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt with a mixer to a lush mass. I add oil, mix. I pour in the yogurt, without stopping to mix. Then I pour in the flour and baking powder, mix with a mixer until the dough is homogeneous.
In a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. I put the parchment, pour out the dough, lay out pieces of peaches.
Streusel crumb:
I mix sugar, flour and butter in a bowl until crumbly, sprinkle the cake with crumbs. I bake in an oven heated to 190 degrees for about 35 minutes.
I decorate with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and enjoy!
