A dinner I can eat all the time

Today I am preparing potato zrazy with mushrooms and cheese! A very tasty and hearty dish! I recommend cooking with me!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1 kg.
  • Egg - 1 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 tsp. without a hill
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. l. + 1 tbsp. l. for collapse

Toppings:

  • Boletus mushrooms - 250 g
  • Onion - 1 pc. average
  • Cream - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150-180 g
  • Oil for frying - 60-70 ml.

Preparation:

I boil the potatoes in their jacket, then clean them and mash them with a pestle, salt, pepper, add an egg and mash everything well with a pestle.

I add flour and mix well with a spoon.

Toppings:

I fry mushrooms with onions, then add cream, fry until the liquid evaporates, salt and pepper to taste, stir.

Cool and add grated cheese, mix.

I sprinkle my hands with flour, take the potato dough, make cakes and spread the filling.

I form the dough, pinching it tightly and roll it in flour from all sides.

Fry in oil until golden brown, 2-2,5 minutes each. on each side. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.




I serve ready-made zrazy with garlic sauce or simply with sour cream. Bon appetit!
