  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • water - 150 ml;

How to cook

Flour must be sifted so that it is enriched with air. Mix it with sugar, salt and yeast. Make an indentation in the center. Pour warm water, milk, oil into it and beat the egg.

Knead the dough. Pay attention, it should not stick to the bowl. If it remains somewhat sticky, then you need to add more flour.

Grease a bowl with oil. Put the dough there and cover with a film. Leave for 1 hour. Then you can move on to sculpting pies with your favorite filling.
