The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported the details of the case
The extras are charged with fraud on a particularly large scale. One of them has been declared wanted, the others have been in custody since October this year.
Former employees of the Russian Ministry of Defense are accused of embezzling real estate in Moscow for more than 700 million rubles. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, reported by rossMI and TG channels.
It is noted that the accused are the ex-chief Main Department of Troop Arrangement Mykola Grachov, former insolvency manager of JSC Construction management of the Moscow region (belongs to the Ministry of Defense) Oleksiy Astashkin, as well as two more citizens - Yevhen Potapov and entrepreneur Serhii Ovchinnikov. They are charged with fraud on a particularly large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code).
Ovchinnikov was declared wanted. Other participants in the case have been in custody since October this year.
