Experts told how to quickly clean the windshield of a car from ice

The first frosts have already begun to complicate morning trips for drivers. In addition to the possibility of draining the battery, there is also a crust of ice on the windshield, which can be removed either with a scraper, which is not very useful for glasses, or by waiting for them to melt under the heater. However, there are several effective solutions to this problem.

The first thing that every car owner can do before a trip is to collect warm water and treat the frozen areas of the windshield with it.

You can also prepare a solution by mixing 1,5 liters of water with 10 spoons of salt. Such a solution instantly dissolves the ice on the glass. After a few minutes you can go without delays.

There are more expensive options — an alcohol solution (1 part of alcohol to 2 parts of water) or a vinegar solution (1 part of vinegar to 3 parts of water). Both options work effectively and do not freeze, even if they are left in the car overnight.
